What size do I need: Measure the length of your shin from the ankle to the bottom of the knee.

Choose a size S if your shin is 27-29 cm long, and if you are up to approximately 134 cm tall.

Choose a size M if your shin is 29-31 cm long, and if you are between 134 and 152 cm tall.

Choose a size L if your shin is 31-33 cm long and if you are between 170 and 188 cm tall.
